We began in 2014 with a vision of helping people get fit. Today we have grown into so much more. We have developed a family of like minded people that all are interested in creating a better version of themselves. We offer a number of different services that range from CrossFit, Weight loss, endurance training, weight/olympic lifting and over all GPP. No matter what you are trying to accomplish, we can customize your fitness to you. Our systematic assessment approach identifies what you need to meet your goal. So we have listened to what our clients needs and learned how to continually be the best gym for the best community… And proud to be An NCFIT Licensed PARTNER.

We are now an NCFIT Partner. What does that mean? It means we offer world class programming, experienced coaching and client development. We offer CrossFit classes and hold our affiliation as FourthStreet CrossFit. NCFIT is the foundation of our gym. We hold a high standard for our staff and for you the client. With the partnership with NCFIT, we are bringing Jason Khalipa’s foundational competitive methods and teachings straight to you. What is Functional Fitness?
Functional fitness is a classification of training that prepares the body for real-life movements and activities. Also known as functional training or functional movement, “It trains your muscles to work together and prepares them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work, or in sports.” – Mayo Clinic. Movements such as squatting, reaching, pulling, and lifting will be made easier with functional fitness integrated into your exercise routine. According to WebMD.com, functional fitness is focused on building a body capable of doing real-life activities in real-life positions, not just lifting a certain amount of weight in an idealized posture created by a gym machine.
